To increase the security of each investment made, investors’ capital is pooled in the Company and then invested in multiple projects, normally across different asset classes and geographies for maximum risk diversification.
Secured Real Estate Income Strategies, LLC lends money to borrowers who are willing to pay the interest rate the Company charges. As an example, a borrower may need the money to complete a short-term project, such as renovation, repurposing or improving the property, which may enable the borrower to sell the property for a higher price once the improvements are completed.
